Choose your size
We offer a large variety of sizes to choose from, we recommend that you measure it out on your wall so you can see for yourself which size suits your needs best.
Choose your materials
We offer paper, rolled canvas, and stretched canvas on either 3/4" 0r 1.5" stretcher bars. We do not offer framing but we have designed many of our sizes to be ready made frame friendly. The stretched canvas does not need to be framed and comes with a hanging wire attached ready to hang on your wall.
If you are ordering a DigiPix Pop style choose your colors.
For styles that have a "number of subjects" option make sure to select the correct number of subjects. Subjects include people, animals and objects.
Place your order
Add your selection to our secure shopping cart, we use PayPal but you do not need to have or set up a PayPal account to pay with your credit card, you can also choose to print out your invoice and mail it to us with a check or money order. Please note that there is a "Special Instruction" box on the invoice - if you are mailing your payment/photos please put any special instructions about your order there, if you are uploading your photos there is also an instruction box on the upload form so you can use either or both.
Send your photo
After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email from us with instructions on how to upload your photo. You can also choose to mail the photo to us. Please mail your photos to DigiPix.Us 17 Haven Ave Rockport, MA 01966.
Review your proof
Within 3 business days you will receive a proof from us. Review your proof carefully and reply to the email with any adjustments you would like.
Receive your custom Artwork
Once you approve the proof we will print your artwork and ship it to you. Our standard delivery time is 7 -10 business days from the day you approve your proof.
You can order by phone Monday thru Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST or online 24 hours a day seven days a week. We guarantee your satisfaction 100%
Once we receive your photo our designers will produce a proof for your review. Our preferred method of proofing is email but if you do not have email we can mail a rough proof to you. If you would like to make changes to the proof you can note them in the email and our designers will make those changes and send you another proof - there is no limit on the number of proofs we email to you, we want to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your artwork. The only change we cannot make without an additional fee is to use a different picture. If when you receive your proof you decide that you want to use a different picture we can do that but will charge you a design fee to change it. Design fees vary based on size and style. It is also important to note that most computer monitors are not calibrated for color so your computer may not accurately show the color but rest assured that our designers are experts when it comes to color. Once you approve your proof by emailing us we will print and ship your artwork.
Because each piece is custom made and requires the individual attention of one of our artists for hours to create a proof we require that customers place an order with us before we start to work on the artwork. If after viewing your proof you decide that you do not want to have the artwork printed we will reimburse your payment minus a design fee - design fees run from $50 to $150 depending on style and subjects.
Yes you can order reprints of the design we do for you in any size or material you want see our reprints section for sizes and pricing - please note this applies to printing the design as is, if you want any changes to the original an extra fee will apply.
